Unisys Global Services Hungary (UGSH) opened its Budapest office in January 2007 and a second one in Pécs in January 2012 providing business process outsourcing and technical help desk services to its prestigious clients across Europe.
We are currently looking for talented individuals for
German speaking 2nd level Service Desk Agent (Munich)
Key Responsibilities:
Processing of 2nd Level Calls in a complex and distributed ITF Infrastructure with DELL, Cisco and Lexmark components. The support is provided from a central service centre according to ITIL
Support the 2nd Level Team to ensure a trouble-free Windows 7 Roll-Out for the customer. (Software Distribution to / Administration of - Windows 7 migrated clients)
Problem analysis and problem solving via remote interaction or telephone (trouble shooting)
Independent preparation of new approaches and expansion of the company internal knowledge (documentation)
Problem solving coordination (internal / external)
Key Requirements:
Native or close to native German
Min. 3 years experience in IT help desk
Very good knowledge of the system Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 and
Microsoft Office 2010 (user experience desirable)
Ideally have experience in migrating to Windows 7
Experience with network services (DHCP, DNS, WOL, PXE, etc.), Sofware
Distribution (Altiris), Virus Protection and Office applications
Good knowledge of user administration in a W2K8 or Exchange environment
High level of customer focus and commitment
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
College and / or university degree
Preferable:
Good English language skills (written language) is a plus
