We are currently recruiting for McDonald's Crew Members for an exciting development on the M1 Corridor at our Watford Gap Services, near Coventry. Full time and Part time hours available! Roadchef Motorways are one of the UK's leading Motorway Service Operators operating an impressive portfolio of leading high street brands including Costa Coffee, WHSmith and McDonald's. Were changing the face of motorway service areas, offering customers exciting brands, value for money and speed of service. Given the 247 nature of our business and our varied customer profile and demands, this can be one of the most unpredictable yet challenging environments an employee can face. As a Crew Member in our McDonald's Unit your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks from serving customers, to working back of house preparing food, to ensuring a consistent supply of equipment and products, all with one simple objective in mind to consistently exceed our customers expectations. Are you a team player with an enthusiastic adaptable approach, proactive with a will do attitude and a good communicator committed to exceeding customer expectations, and be able to demonstrate where you have helped to deliver first class customer service then we want to hear from you.
