Days, Nights, Full/Part-time and Bank Holidays
Days £6.62 p/hr and £0.50 p/hr location award to £7.53 and £1.25 p/hr location award
Nights £6.82 p/hr and £0.50 p/hr location award to £7.84 and £1.25 p/hr location award
The role is geared towards meeting the individual care needs of residents in a way that respects their dignity and promotes their independence. Duties include working flexibly across the Home to provide support where it is required, and will include helping residents with their personal care, changing bed linen or assisting in preparation of meals and snacks.
Good communication skills alongside an understanding of the needs of older people will both be important traits for this rewarding role. Ideally you will hold an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care.
